Shipping and Return Policy
We are current offering free shipping on any orders.
Due to the high demand for some of our products our standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 8 weeks. Single orders with multiple products may be delivered at different times.
No refunds. We accept returns only if the sold good is defective or damaged. We can only offer you a store credit for your returned item within 14 days of the purchase date.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not accept your return or offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be sent back in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
